I work with individuals of all ages, including children, teens, and adults. My specialties include ADHD, anger management, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, parenting, grief, divorce, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, behavioral issues, chronic pain, and relationship issues.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of evidence-based interventions including Brainspotting, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, CRM, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Parent Management Training. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
