My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into becoming a therapist is deeply personal. I grew up navigating the challenges of balancing two cultures, carrying high expectations, and often figuring things out on my own. What led me to this field was a strong desire to create the kind of support I wish I had growing up.

I help clients reach their goals by creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what's holding them back and build practical tools for change. I work collaboratively to set realistic goals, challenge unhelpful patterns, and celebrate progress along the way.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what's bringing you in. We'll talk about your goals, go over confidentiality, and start exploring what you want out of therapy. There's no pressure to share everything at once—we'll go at your pace.
