I have experience and training in working with young adults struggling with big life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach

I have a trauma informed, culturally responsive approach. I pull from a variety of modalities and interventions to tailor to what best fits your needs as my client. I use interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, insight-oriented, client-centered, and motivational interviewing.
