I've always wanted to help others. After working with children and then adults who experienced difficult childhoods, I found my niche in supporting people as they navigate life's challenges and discover their path forward.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll begin building our therapeutic relationship through assessment questions. It's about getting to know each other and starting to think about treatment goals. Building rapport may take a few sessions, and I'll follow your lead.
