I provide services that help young people, adults, and families see how their feelings, thoughts, choices, and actions affect each other in order to improve their quality of life. My work focuses on helping clients understand the connections between their inner experiences and outer behaviors.
My focus
I love helping clients gain a better understanding of their mental health and develop wellness goals. My clients are sometimes unsure of what triggers lead to unhealthy behaviors and are eager to work on gaining insight in order to manage their feelings better.
My approach
My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and culturally responsive. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Systems Theory, and Mindfulness approaches to help clients understand patterns and develop practical tools for managing their feelings and behaviors.
