My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always wanted to help people understand that what they're going through isn't weird or crazy, and to lower the stigma around mental health. Being a trusted friend, I've naturally been drawn to helping people through difficult times.

My approach to goal setting is about working together to define what you want to accomplish. We start by building trust and getting comfortable with therapy. Over time, we work together on objectives, goal setting, and tracking your progress.

Our first session is for us to talk about how you've been feeling lately. I'll ask questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way. We'll build an initial connection so I can get a sense of where we should go from there and what will work best for you.
