My communication style

I commonly like to match communication energies in our sessions together. Being receptive mentally and emotionally to what is being shared lets you know this is a safe space. I am fond of metaphors and asking questions that you may not have asked yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

Similiar to a river rock, originally a big stone, my experiences have shaped and smoothed me to carry my weight in a symmetrical and balanced presence. The path is both painful and rewarding, heartache and heart swell. A wounded healer is a type of archetype. Through sitting through my own discomfort, I'm able to sit through yours.

My goals for you

We look at where you're at, where you want to go then how to get there. It is surprising how people's goals will change once they're on the way of achieving them. It gets bigger, broader or more specific has we unravel and travel through self-discovery.

Our first session

I like to point out that our first session won't be like our usual time together. Theres alot to get to in a short amount of time. That being said, I'm often willing to circle back to finishing pieces of your history in future sessions if there's a critical agenda. You have an advantage has you're a reading about me now I'll have to wait.
