Growing up isn't easy—and parenting through it can feel just as overwhelming. I help teens, young adults, parents, and families navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, and life's transitions. Whether you're finding your place in the world or trying to reconnect at home, you don't have to figure it out alone. As an LCSW, I'm here to help.
My focus
I help people navigate identity, relationships, and life's hardest seasons. My specialties include anxiety, parenting teens, family conflict, religious trauma, childhood trauma, foster and adoptive family experiences, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. Together, we'll build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
My approach
Therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself. I bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and humor while gently challenging unhelpful patterns. My work is attachment-based and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
