I specialize in mental health and substance use disorders, working with clients who struggle with daily stressors, transitions into adulthood, and severe mental illness.

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, marital/relationship issues, loss/bereavement, trauma, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, self-esteem, personal growth, parenting, anger management, career difficulties, and coping with transitional life changes.
