My area of expertise lies in my ability to connect with and provide supportive guidance to adults and adolescents through trauma, relationship disconnection, and parenting difficulties. Ultimately, the goal is to help you re-process experiences towards developing choices that align with your values and human potential.

I specialize in both men and women 16 years of age and over who are experiencing challenges in transitions, inter-personal conflict, and feel ready to overcome barriers to change with special attention to tapping into your ideal, optimal potential.

My wholistic approach to therapy includes a thorough assessment of your strengths and challenges. I apply cognitive behavioral, solution-focused and family of origin interventions to create individualized strategies, protocols and tools for you to integrate into your life.

My communication style

My style is compassionate assertiveness. I will hold space for the most challenging emotions and thoughts, while shouldering you through exploration of decision-making skills, self-expression, and re-building your confidence.

My journey to mental healthcare

I developed early on in life an admiration for the resilience found in people even in their darkest hour. I noticed that isolation, feeling ‘othered’, are elements that can aggravate circumstances. None of us rise again alone. We all deserve help along the way.

Goals are established based on my clients’ descriptions of what they visualize to be their human potential. Based on this careful exploration and assessment, I empower them to blend their own strengths with targeted skill-building that disrupts cycles of dysfunction that impair growth.
