I provide bilingual therapy in English and Spanish to youth and adults. I help clients impacted by complex trauma, domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse, gang-related trauma, immigration experiences, and acute mental disorders.

I work with individuals and families, including teens. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, domestic violence, grief, relationship issues, family conflict, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, life transitions, codependency, self-esteem, anger management, coping skills, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
My approach
I use an integrative approach drawing on Attachment-based, Object Relations, Psychodynamic, Trauma-Focused, Compassion-Focused, Family Systems, Grief Therapy, Humanistic, Multicultural, and CBT techniques. My goal is to help you gain insight into your defenses and make positive changes to improve your quality of life.
