My focus

I work with clients looking to improve relationships, decrease anxiousness, process trauma, build self-esteem and self-confidence, and develop strategies to help with ADHD symptoms.

My approach

I utilize a relaxed, conversational, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives, and I am there to shine a light on how they can improve themselves and their circumstances.

My communication style

I hope to create a space for clients to truly be themselves without shame or judgment. I want to empower my clients to know that they are enough inside and outside of the therapy room. We will face difficult emotions, laugh, notice patterns, address concerns, and get to work on where you want to be.

My journey to mental healthcare

I noticed the difficulties I have gone through, as well as witnessing those around me face challenging times. I found myself drawn to wanting to provide help. Now I can assist in a nuanced and trauma-informed way that helps people realize their own potential to reach for that better life they aspire towards.

Goal setting with me is collaborative. I will ask what you want rather than imposing my ideas on you. We want to work towards where you want to be.

Our first session

In our first session, I will explore your history and presenting concerns with your comfort and consent in mind. Following this, we will then discuss your hopes for therapy and set realistic goals to begin working towards.
