While I use a variety of techniques, my specialties include CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this field because of my deep passion for helping others and my desire to see people thrive in their lives. I recognized that I had a natural ability to listen with empathy and provide thoughtful, practical guidance. I find immense fulfillment in being able to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
