As a doctoral-level clinician, I enjoy working with my clients from a collaborative approach, that is, exploring and identifying their priorities for our sessions together and helping them achieve the goals they've identified.

I enjoy working with most age groups (18+) and those presenting with depression, anxiety, stress, and sexual/gender challenges.

My approach

My preferred therapeutic approaches, which depend greatly on the client I am working with, are cognitive behavioral (CBT) and solution-focused therapies.

I would hope that my clients find my communication style and overall tone in sessions to be non-judgmental and empathetic to their needs.
