I work with young adults, adults, and couples. As a queer person of color, I love supporting others in my community. I have experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and emotional regulation challenges. I'm passionate about working with people navigating their gender or sexuality, and those healing from sexual trauma.
My approach
I draw from Relational-Cultural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support self-compassion, healing, and meaningful change. I strive to create a space where we can explore the parts of you that you may have felt shamed into hiding.
