I work with adults who need support with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. We will go over your treatment goals that will empower you to create a life worth living.

My goal is to provide patient-centered care. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). We will identify challenges and learn coping skills.

I provide a safe environment and empathetic listening so that you are able to process your thoughts and feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a social worker because I wanted to make a difference. I wanted to connect those in need to resources that can better their lives and improve their situation. I knew in college I wanted to help others. I took a sociology class in community college, and it sparked my interest in human behavior.
