I work with diverse clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and major life changes. I like to get to know my clients so we can craft treatment to build upon a person's strengths to navigate life's challenges. I also have a Pomeranian named Chip who assists me during sessions.

Through the field of social work, I learned I have a passion for helping people access their innate wisdom to traverse life's challenges. As a client, therapy was an incredible step in my journey and helped me align my goals in accordance with my values. I love assisting others in this process.
