I support individuals who are dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, self-doubt, and relationship or life dynamics that feel confusing or draining. While we can’t always change the stressors life puts in our path, we can work together to develop the clarity, resilience, and tools you need to navigate them with greater ease.

My focus

I work with individuals who feel weighed down by anxiety, ongoing stress, interpersonal relationship conflict & the pressure of navigating multiple roles in their lives. I welcome clients who are navigating mood-related concerns, parents struggling to support their children while managing their emotions, & students/young adults moving through life.

My approach

My approach is grounded in practicality, collaboration, and genuine care. I draw from solution-focused strategies to help you identify what’s working, CBT to explore and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, and DBT practices to strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and communication skills.

Working with me feels like having an encouraging mentor/coach by your side who listens without judgment & meets you exactly where you are. I bring a warm, approachable tone to our sessions, with gentle humor. My communication is clear and practical, focused on helping you understand yourself better while keeping things relatable & down-to-earth.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare began with a curiosity about people and a desire to help others navigate life’s challenges. I’ve worked with underserved populations through non-profits, telehealth, county mental health programs, and as a school psychologist, supporting students and parents in navigating mental health and educational systems.

In our work together, I provide a supportive space where you can define your own goals, and I help you gain insight into what’s most important to you and what might be standing in your way. We collaborate to clarify your priorities, break goals into manageable steps, and create strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for your life.

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other in a warm, non-judgmental space. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences, explore your goals, and outline what treatment might look like, so you leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on next steps.
