My focus
I work most often with acute trauma such as grief, loss, divorce, or other life-altering events. PTSD and relationship issues such as codependency and narcissistic abuse can also stem from trauma. We will work together to find ways to reframe what has happened to you so you can regain a happier, healthier life in a realistic and holistic way.
My approach
A solution-focused approach will expedite your specific needs. You can process trauma or difficult experiences at a pace that is optimal. CBT is incorporated in each session. This means how and what you think affects how you behave and feel. Becoming conscious of your subconscious drives will be explored and positively processed.
