I work with clients from all walks of life, including former foster youth, justice-impacted individuals, adults, and older adults. I support those navigating grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and acceptance-based strategies. I work with you to understand your experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

My communication style is warm, non-judgmental, and direct when needed. I create a safe space where you can be open and honest, while also offering feedback and guidance to help you grow.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey wasn’t easy. I’ve faced my own life challenges, which deepened my understanding of growth and transformation. Those experiences led me to this work and continue to shape how I support others in their healing process.
