We work together to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan specific to your needs. This collaborative process may require multiple appointments as we refine our approach and get you on the road to feeling better.

Our first session

Please fill out your intake form in advance to ensure a productive first visit. During our session, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions, especially regarding your medical and mental health history.
