Hi there, I'm Cathryn!

I'm a Level 3 Gottman-trained therapist who is currently working on becoming Gottman Certified. I love working with couples because when the couple improves their communication and learns how to manage conflict, the whole family is happier!

My focus

My ideal client is a couple with or without kids who are struggling in their relationship. I can help you improve your communication skills and learn how to manage conflict. There are almost weekly homework assignments. I find the couples who do the work are the ones who improve their marriage substantially!

My approach

I use the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach. We start with a joint session to understand your relationship history, followed by individual sessions where each partner can speak freely. After assessments, we meet together to review results and create a treatment plan focused on strengthening your relationship.
