My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to helping others from an early age—comforting neighbors, sitting with the crying and injured, listening and offering support. In college, I helped the sick and frightened. My first career was in Advertising, my second was raising my kids. Finally getting on the road to my true calling, I am honored to be of service.

My goals for you

Through our sessions, we set achievable goals. What one thing can you do right now that will change the state of your being? Learning to be cognitively aware and in control of your life.

Our first session

I like to begin at the beginning—with your date of birth, where you were born, to whom, siblings, traumas of note, and school experiences. We become acquainted and then dive into the reasons for seeking therapy. We establish Goals of Treatment, provide support and techniques to go forward, and share life.
