My journey to mental healthcare

After working as a nurse, I found my calling in mental health at a psychiatric hospital. Personal losses to the opioid epidemic and suicide reignited my passion for ensuring access to mental health care for underserved populations.

We'll explore why you're seeking treatment, your specific symptoms, and any previous mental health care. We'll discuss your overall health, develop a treatment plan, and begin identifying your goals for mental health care.
