Hi there, I'm Julyet!

My philosophy is humanistic and client-centered, with an eclectic approach that draws from many therapies. I choose tools based on your unique circumstances, needs, and goals. Undergirding all of this is the foundation of trust and safety in our therapeutic relationship.

My focus

I work with clients suffering from anxiety or depression, or struggling with difficult relationship issues. I help people uncover their true potential, achieve goals, grow confidence, and become healthier, happier individuals. I also work with couples caught in negative cycles, guiding them to reconnect and strengthen their bond.

My approach

My approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, object relations, relational therapy, reality therapy, and attachment theory. I believe each person has an inborn ability to heal and grow, and an accepting, nonjudgmental relationship fosters that as you learn to remove obstacles.
