I work with people ready to unlock and reveal their innate wisdom and capacity for self-compassion. As a transpersonal therapist, I view therapy as a holistic healing container, in which I am a fellow traveler on the path to wholeness. My goal is to awaken the knowing that is already alive within you, guiding you to your truest self.

From relationship challenges, addiction struggles, life-path questions, to deepening and building spiritual connection, I meet clients where they are with presence and compassion.
My approach
My approach is experiential, integrating mindfulness, meditation, somatic approaches, and meeting each client exactly where they are with acceptance and care. I am trained in Gestalt, IFS, CBT, DBT, EFT (tapping), transpersonal and somatic approaches, as well as nutrition.
