My approach

My focus is on Child and Adult Trauma, PTSD, and Mood Disorders, including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD, Codependency, Conflict, and Anger Management. My approach is Client-Centered. I provide Psychoeducation, EMDR, CBT, Emotional Regulation, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Motivational skills.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been interested in the mind and mental health since high school. I am most interested in brain activity-leading behaviors, related to the neurological process, with each client.

I practice unconditional positive regard and objectivity with my clients, allowing clients to fully be themselves and develop their full potential, happy, secure, and self-confident.
