Hi there, I'm Bridget!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Art Therapist (ATR), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and a Certified Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP). I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety and/or depression.

My focus

My specialty lies in supporting women who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, people-pleasing, co-dependency, loss of sense of self, difficulty with boundaries and communication issues. Each client comes with a unique set of experiences, and I am committed to honoring that individuality in our work together.

My approach

To ensure your therapy is as effective/personalized as possible, I employ a multi-modal approach. This means that I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including Art Therapy, Client-Centered Approach, Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psycho-education.
