Hi there, I'm Cassandra!
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Metropolitan State College of Denver, followed by a Master of Science in Social Work in 2010 from Newman University. I spent the next 8 1/2 years working for Child Protective Services, specializing in child sexual abuse, working with both victims and offenders.
My focus
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, stress, and trauma.
My approach
I offer a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, and work with adolescents and adults. I believe in an approach that the counseling process is a collaborative alliance. I have various therapeutic modalities, such as DBT, CBT, psycho-educational therapy, and client-centered therapy.
