Hi there, I'm Vanessa!

As a first-generation immigrant from Southeast Asia, my journey has taken me through Singapore, Taiwan, and Buffalo, NY — experiences that shape how I see culture, identity, and belonging. Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me cooking, playing softball, snuggling under a heated blanket, or playing fetch with my dog!

I love the storytelling of my clients. There is so much meaning in the experiences we've lived, the small details that stay with us for years, and the lessons we carry forward. These stories offer powerful insight into who we are and who we are becoming.

Throughout our time together, I'm going to be real with you, and I hope you will be with me too. Think of me as a teammate, fostering a supportive space for you to feel open to tapping into issues that may feel difficult to tackle alone. We feel what we feel, and I will honor that.
