Hi there, I'm Cathy!

Congratulations for taking a step on your journey to finding and restoring balance. I have worked in the field of: primary, medical and secondary trauma for 22 years, and support people through both anxiety and depression. I am a practitioner of restorative yoga, ear acupuncture, meditation, dance therapy and intentional self care.

My focus

I work with adults and elders experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, compassion fatigue, and chronic stress. I welcome clients from BIPOC and other cultural backgrounds and value social justice, cultural humility, and each person's unique life experience.

My approach

I provide a sincere, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients feel heard and respected . I believe healing happens through connection, and curiosity. Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore challenges and create practical strategies that support lasting change.
