Hi there, I'm Erin!

If you are ready to dig in, I'm here for you and bring warmth and compassion as you transform into the whole and healed version of yourself. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma/abuse/PLRs, grief, a life transition or just feeling stuck.

My focus

I support my clients with growth and change, all with a trauma-informed lens. I have a special place in my heart for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, and people who have experienced a pathological love relationship and are suffering from the fallout of narcissistic abuse. I aim to empower you to feel like "you" again.

My approach

I see mostly individual adults of various ages. My focus of practice is on the goals of my clients, what helps them manage stress, find peace, and live out the best version of themselves. My approach to therapy is eclectic--primarily supportive and client-centered, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
