My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist has been filled with many twists and turns. Ultimately, it was trying to navigate broken systems to help my daughters that led me to my career as a therapist. This is my legacy career, and I'm invested in helping my clients heal and see the potential they have to live—not just survive, but live.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting through a collaborative process, allowing you to lead the way. I work with clients to help them identify strengths, values, and personal aspirations. We establish techniques that promote success in achieving your goals. As often as needed, we'll review your goals to explore how they may need to be adjusted or reset.

Our first session

During our initial session, you're welcomed with warmth and empathy. I spend time understanding who you are and what concerns are impacting your life. I'll ask what brought you to therapy and what outcome you envision. My primary goal is to meet you where you are, not where others think you should be.
