My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply rooted in both personal and professional experiences on the premise that our mental health is intimately connected to our overall well-being. I had the opportunity to work with a more marginalized population that was often dismissed and regarded as less than due to their disabilities.

I believe that goal setting isn't just a tool; it is the foundation that sets the stage for meaningful progress in your healing journey. I am committed to providing a clear vision as we work collaboratively towards your goals and to achieve your desired outcome. I encourage self-discovery and emotional growth.

Our first session

Therapy can involve unearthing and exposing many experiences your brain has worked hard to bury. Such painful memories and feelings you may not have been up to exploring on your own can often be solidified within counseling. Our first session would provide an opportunity to get to know one another.
