My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being seen, heard, and supported during difficult moments. I’m passionate about helping people heal from past experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change so they can live more connected, fulfilling lives.

I help clients reach their goals by creating a supportive, collaborative space where we build insight, develop practical skills, and address barriers that keep them stuck. Together, we set clear goals, track progress, and adjust strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to gain, while creating a safe, comfortable space and setting a plan for moving forward together.
