My focus

I work with anyone serious about improving their life—individuals who refuse to be defeated. I have a heart for outsiders and black sheep made to feel different for any reason. If you've experienced racism, bullying, discrimination, substance abuse, family conflict, homelessness, incarceration, or minority experiences, you have a home here.

My approach

I specialize in the existential approach, helping you discover and tap into your overall purpose as a point of orientation. When you prioritize your purpose and motivations, you become mission-focused and navigate life differently. A mind with a mission is not easily deterred.
