My approach to therapy is to make sure that it is client-centered and to work with you to become your best self.

My focus

My focus areas are adults with ADHD, Bipolar, Anxiety, and Depression. I also like to work with couples and marriage complications. I am open to helping anyone through what they are going through.

My approach to therapy is using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I want to work on being aware of your behaviors and being able to work through them with you.

My communication style

I am a very energetic person and like to laugh in sessions. I want us to have a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable with me and come to me with whatever you are going through without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

When I was in high school, I said I wanted to be a social worker. I then thought I wanted to be a nurse, went to nursing school, and was not happy. I found myself talking to the patients a lot and wanting to know their stories. I like to help people and be their support system through difficult times and amazing times.

Goals are very important so that we know what and where we are going and how much progress we have made.

Our first session will be us getting to know each other and building the foundation of our relationship, and I will ask a lot of questions to get to know you and what you want to get out of therapy.
