I’ll always aim to communicate in a genuine, down-to-earth way and treat you like a real person, not just a client. I work to create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and easy to open up in, meeting you where you are and respecting your process. My style is warm and collaborative so you can feel heard, valued, and truly at ease.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was inspired to become a provider after experiencing firsthand how powerful it is to have someone cheer you on and guide you. Working as a teacher and later as a school counselor showed me the importance of early mental health support and family-focused care. As a parent, I’ve also seen how these skills can truly help kids thrive.

My goals for you

I help clients set goals by identifying the deeper beliefs driving unwanted behaviors or patterns. Together, we work toward lasting change, not just surface fixes. We use practical tools and regularly check in to see what’s working, adjusting as needed to keep you moving toward meaningful, sustainable growth.

In our first session, we’ll start by exploring your goals and gathering any background you feel comfortable sharing. We’ll take time to get to know each other, making sure you feel heard, supported, and connected, so we can build a safe, collaborative space for your growth.
