My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist in the first place because my family and myself have had our own mental health struggles, and I wanted to help others going through similar situations. Drawing on my own life experiences and professional expertise, I empower my clients to heal, grow, and reclaim control of their lives.

Our first session

Our first session will be spent getting to know one another. I will ask questions to help me better understand you as an individual. We will also work together to create goals for therapy for us to accomplish in future sessions.
