It's important to me that my clients can be themselves and feel at ease about sharing the things that matter most to them.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always held a great deal of gratitude for the mentors in my life and recognize that their support has been a major contributor to my own happiness and confidence. I wish to provide that same support to others through the therapeutic relationship.

My goals for you

My primary focus is always the goals and topics that are most important to my clients. I find that we make the most progress toward the issues that we're motivated to address rather than the ones other people identify.

Our first session

My goal for the first session is to make the client feel safe and at ease. My focus is to get to know the client on a personal level and get a sense of their interests, strengths, and motivations with the hope of instilling confidence in our ability to make progress together.
