I work with individual's and couples to begin prioritizing themselves, conquering fears, developing and maintaining healthy relationships, cultivating happiness and autonomy, and learning how to cope with life's struggles.

My approach

When working with clients I use an integrative approach of different therapeutic modalities to meet my client's unique needs. Focusing on a range of topics such as crises, trauma, anxiety, depression, intimate relationships, family relationships, life transitions, and more.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and nonjudgmental. I believe in treating you with respect, compassion, sensitivity, and empathy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been naturally inquisitive and drawn to understanding how the mind works, human behavior, and relationship dynamics. Seeing real results of clients achieving personal growth and truly improving their overall quality of life through a healing therapeutic process continues to drive my practice.
