I believe deeply in the strength of human connection and the healing power of being truly seen and heard. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, infant and early childhood mental health, women's mental health, parenting, couples therapy, and navigating life transitions.
My focus
I work with adults, couples, parents, grandparents, families, and early childhood professionals. I'm passionate about supporting caregivers; when caregivers thrive, children do too. I also facilitate Circle of Security Parenting groups, which focus on building strong, secure relationships through the lens of attachment.

My work is grounded in a person-centered and strength-based approach, drawing from attachment theory, systems theory, trauma-informed care, and a deep understanding of development across the lifespan. I create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered—where we can explore what's beneath the surface and move toward meaningful growth.
