As an LPC, I am dedicated to supporting adults navigating life’s complexities with compassion, respect, and clinical expertise. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, stress, and personal growth.
My focus
I help adult clients navigate and heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and difficult life transitions. I have additional training in perinatal mental health and have a passion for helping women navigate the unique experiences motherhood brings. Knowing you are not alone can be incredibly helpful.
My approach
I integrate components of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic intervention, motivational interviewing (MI), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) into my practice. Additionally, I am basic trained in EMDR therapy. I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and the benefit of utilizing a holistic approach in everyday practice.
