I have extensive experience working in pediatric mental health and with families with diverse backgrounds. My area of focus is telehealth for individuals who are struggling with relationships, the effects of trauma, mild to moderate mental health symptoms, and/or seeking to have Christian-based concepts applied in the therapeutic process.

I blend cognitive behavioral approaches, internal family systems, psycho-education, and coping skills with mindfulness, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution. My work is strength-based and rooted in self-compassion, helping you build the tools you need to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and understanding.
