I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients navigate difficulties and work towards a fulfilling life.
My focus
I work with adults of all ages who feel stuck in patterns of behaviors. Taking a nonjudgmental, behavioral perspective helps clients feel less stuck and more accepting of where their responses come from. This stance is particularly helpful for managing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, adjustment, and self-injury.
My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills. These evidence-based modalities help us set goals and work towards them using research-supported interventions. My approach varies based on each client's unique goals for therapy.
