I assist people who identify having cycles of depression and anxiety, as well as those struggling with life transitions and relationship difficulties.

My approach

I use curiosity to help you challenge your experiences and thoughts, as well as explore your subconscious using brainspotting.

My communication style

A calm, welcoming environment with space for you to explore without judgment, and if possible, laugh when appropriate.

My journey to mental healthcare

My career started with an interest in correctional work. A professor told me that if I wanted to make a difference to become a social worker and therapist. I explored the idea, and it became a passion. I've worked in correctional settings and community mental health, and nothing has brought me greater joy than to see clients heal and move forward.
