My journey to mental healthcare

I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. I started studying elementary education, took a psychology class, and was hooked. I love seeing others have their aha moment and watching them reach their goals.

We will talk about what you want to work on and what you are hoping to get out of our time together. We will use those answers to create realistic goals for us to be working towards. We will also check in periodically to ensure we are working on what you want during our session time.

Our first session

The first session can feel scary to walk into. A first session with me involves a lot of questions. I like to take the time to get to know you and what has brought you to the point of reaching out for extra support. At the end, we will explore what you want to work on and set some goals.
