My focus
I work with people at various life stages who are getting ready for, going through, or have just completed a shift that leaves them feeling unbalanced. This includes navigating transitions, managing emotions, finding clarity, and restoring balance during times of change.
My approach
I work within the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework while using Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused approaches. I believe awareness is the key to change, and sometimes it's helpful to have an outside perspective to gain such awareness.
