I work to create a calm and understanding environment for my clients. It's an honor for people to share their experiences with me. Mutual respect and trust are important when building a working relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to help others. I have been in healthcare for more than 20 years, starting as an Emergency Medical Technician as a teenager. After earning my Bachelor's in the Science of Nursing in 2006, I worked at one of the leading centers for neurology and neuroscience in the United States. Always wanting to learn more.

My goals for you

It's my job to share information and tools that each person needs to meet their goals. We can work together to set achievable goals.

Our first session

During your first session, I look forward to learning as much about you as possible. We will identify which issues need to be addressed first, as well as create a game plan for what your treatment may look like moving forward.
