I work with adults across the lifespan who are dealing with mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, sleep disorders, substance abuse, and chronic mental illness. I provide a combination of psychiatric assessments, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
